Q23 Costs and Timelines
Fernando Angelucci answers a very interesting question “what are the costs and timeline associated with building storage facilities?”
The answer depends on the type of facility you’re building and where it is located. The tertiary market or the classy facilities are usually a drive-up only and has no climate control whatsoever. These types of facility can take three to six month to build and costs $20 to $30 per square foot
When it comes to large facilities that are found in primary markets in the middle of suburban areas, timeline and costs usually expand.
